These terms govern access to the ChainShip website and mobile application. ChainShip is currently in development. Features, availability, and these terms may change before public release.

Using ChainShip

You are responsible for the information you submit, the security of your account, and activity performed through it. You must use ChainShip lawfully and may not interfere with the service, impersonate others, access accounts without permission, or misuse another person's content.

Health and safety

ChainShip supports personal organization and motivation. It does not provide medical, nutritional, fitness, or mental-health advice. Weight tracking, alarms, focus timers, and community challenges are informational tools. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions that may affect your health or safety.

Alarms and notifications

Device settings, operating-system restrictions, battery state, permissions, network availability, and other factors can affect alerts. You should not rely on ChainShip alarms or notifications for emergencies, medication, safety-critical events, or situations where a missed alert could cause harm.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content to public or shared areas, you grant ChainShip the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and distribute it for operating the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for anything you upload.

Community conduct

Do not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. Do not encourage dangerous challenges or harassment. Content or accounts may be restricted or removed to protect users and the service.

Third-party services

ChainShip may connect to services such as Spotify, Apple services, and infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their products. ChainShip does not control their availability or content.

Service changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features as the product develops. We will take reasonable care in operating ChainShip but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Account termination

You may stop using ChainShip at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or secure the service.
