ChainShip is designed to help people build habits and pursue shared goals. This policy explains the information the ChainShip mobile application and website may collect, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you create an account or profile, we may collect information such as your name, username, email address, telephone number, profile photo, bio, and account credentials. When you use progress features, you may also provide goals, task information, comments, reactions, photos, videos, selfies, and weight entries.

Location information

If you grant permission, ChainShip may use your approximate or device location to show public chains within a radius you select. You can withdraw location permission through your device settings.

Notifications and connected services

With your permission, ChainShip may send alarm, task, focus, and social notifications. If you connect a third-party service such as Spotify, that service processes information under its own privacy policy and you can revoke the connection through the service or ChainShip.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the service, display your profile and shared activity, preserve your progress history, personalize relevant chains, deliver requested notifications, and improve ChainShip.

Public and private information

Public profile details, public chain participation, proof posts, likes, and comments may be visible to other users. Contact details, private progress photos, weight information, and authentication details are not intended to be public unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.

Storage and retention

Account and shared content may be stored using contracted infrastructure providers. Local settings and reminders may be stored on your device. Information is retained while needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.

Your choices

You may update profile information, control device permissions, delete content where the application provides that option, or request account deletion. Additional account and deletion controls will be available before the public App Store release.

Children

ChainShip is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital consent age required in their country, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as ChainShip develops. The date at the top will show the most recent revision.
